Terms and conditions of participation
1. General information
1.1. Discover Poland is organised in Poznań, on the grounds of the Poznań International Fair on 20-21 October 2010 during the Fair of Regions and Tourist Products Tour Salon 2010.
1.2. The objective of Discover Poland is the creation of an effective communication platform for entrepreneurs from the tourist sector by arranging individual meetings of Discover Poland participants.
1.3. You can participate in Discover Poland as a Buyer or Seller of tourist services, provided that:
a) a Buyer is a foreign or domestic: tour operator, meeting planers, incentive decision makers, PCO;
b) a Seller is a provider of tourist services on the territory of the Republic of Poland: incoming tour operator, hotel, restaurant and catering, carrier, museums and others.
2. Registration as a Buyers
2.1. Condition to participate in Discover Poland is to make a complete declaration of participation as a Buyers:
- send to the organizer of the notification by fax or by post to participate in Discover Poland as a Buyer;
- payment of 100% of registration fee referred to in point.
2.2. Submission of participation shall be equivalent to signing a commitment to complete 80% of scheduled meetings participate in Discover Poland as a Buyer.
2.3. Application deadline 1st of September 2010.
3. Terms of payments
- 3.1. The Buyers have to pay 150,00 EUR a registration fee for participating in Discover Poland.
- 3.2. In case the Buyers confirms the flight and decides not to participate to Discover Poland a reimbursement of 500,00 EUR will be requested.
- 3.3. Just before the workshop the Buyers will receive a meeting agenda with the list of the meetings. In case of holding less than 80% of meetings planned a reimbursement of 500,00 EUR will be requested.
- 3.4. The tourist companies accepted as Buyers enjoy the following benefits as members of the Hosted Buyer programme:
- participation for one representative in scheduled meetings;
- we offer complimentary flight for 1 person for continental flights . Tickets do not include airport charges and taxes (special prices for Discover Poland's participants or AD ticket for a return ticket to Poland);
- Transfers: the airport / railway station - hotel - the workshop venue - hotel;
- Accommodation for 1 person in a hotel in Poznań, from 19 - 21 October 2010;
- A Buyer's badge for the entry to the exhibition grounds during Discover Poland 2010;
- A participants' package: practical information, a meeting schedule, Discover Poland participants' catalogue, Tour Salon exhibitors' catalogue);
- participation for 1 representative in Gala Dinner;
- 3.5. Payment of registration fee as specified in point. 3 is equivalent to accepting the offer to participate in Discover Poland in 2010 under the terms of these contractual terms and conditions of participation

Title: DISCOVER IRELAND 2010 - 3.7. Registration fee will be invoiced within 7 days from the date of receipt of funds into bank account Poznan International Fair.
- 3.8. Registration fee shall not be reimbursed on cancellation of participation.
